CTL Teaching Toolkit: Syllabus Implementation
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Bloomberg School of Public Health

How do you set up a syllabus using CoursePlus? How can you edit required components? How do you create new components?

During this interactive session*, we will teach you how to create and edit your syllabus using the CoursePlus syllabus tool and demonstrate best practices for editing some key course information (Course Descriptions, Learning Objectives, Methods of Assessment, etc.). This will include recognizing those elements linked to the JHSPH Course System, whose edits can be sent for approval directly from the syllabus tool.

*Please bring your computer and a current or draft syllabus for this this hands-on session. We’ll also have sample syllabi for you to work from.

We encourage onsite attendance, but the workshops will also be streamed via Adobe Connect at http://connect.johnshopkins.edu/ctl-toolkit-workshop. Recordings will be posted to our Toolkit Events page at a later date. No registration is needed.
