Lerner Center for Public Health Promotion Open House

The Lerner Center for  Public Health Promotion just moved into a new space at the Wolfe Street building, and we welcome all JHSPH faculty, students and staff to attend our Open House to meet the team and learn more about our work and how to get involved.

About the Center: 
The Lerner Center for Public Health Promotion was established in 2014 and aims to equip public health professionals with the tools to fight preventable diseases brought on by unhealthy behaviors and unfavorable social and policy environments on the local, national and global levels. The Center trains faculty and students in the art and science of health promotion and advocacy and develops and disseminates innovative and effective health promotion and advocacy interventions that address key health issues.

SOURCE Annual Tri-School Toiletry Drive: Mon, April 24 - Fri, May 5 (Multi-Day Event)

Various Drop Off Locations

SOURCE will be collecting new and unopened toiletry items on Mon, Apr 24th through Fri, May 5th. Examples include but are not limited to: shampoo, soap, deodorant, shaving cream, razors, Q-tips, feminine hygiene products, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes and mouthwash. Items will be donated to a local nonprofit to assist those in need. Collection boxes will be located in JHSPH Student Lounge and Student Affairs (E1002), SON Lobby and SOM Armstrong Building Lobby. Items can also be dropped off at SOURCE – JHSPH, W1600. Co-sponsors for the drive include BFSA, AMWA, SON Staff Committee, Ahimsa and WHSG. Donate to the SOURCE Tri-School Toiletry Drive today!
