Event Description:

This special Toolkit Workshop, aimed toward online faculty and TAs, will be streamed online through Adobe Connect at http://connect.jhsph.edu/rv4m8zo2gmgs/. Make sure to log in as a guest for this session!

Agenda:
  • Things to do before your LiveTalk to prepare your students and yourselves, including eliminating possible glitches in the technologies.
  • Reviewing what to expect in the studio during your session.
  • Engaging the students by 
    • connecting their LiveTalk session to the online classroom, including SME interviews
    • connecting to students as individuals
    • connecting to students by using various technologies including polls, text chat, and microphone privileges
  • Switching presenters
  • Things to do after your LiveTalk
